Requirements for CSLP's Diploma in Holistic Christian Ministry
Students interested in pursuing CSLP's Diploma in Holistic Christian Ministry must meet the following requirements:
1. A Christian for at least 2 years who has been actively involved in their church.
2. A college graduate. In some cases CSLP will accept high school graduates who are over 18 years old and who show significant
potential for leadership in their community.
3. In good health.

Using this packet, applicants should submit the following documents
to CSLP:
1. A completed application form.
2. A written personal autobiography.
3. College Transcript of Records or Form 138 (for those with no college education).
4. Proof of prior Biblical or theological training (if any).
5. Recommendation letter from your church pastor or other church leader who knows you well.
6. Health certificate.
7. Statement of financial support from either church(es), sponsor(s), donor(s), or family member(s).
8. Three references / recommendation letters.
It is best if students start the program in June of each year. Students interested in entering the program
in June 2012 are advised of the following schedule:
May 30, 2012 - Deadline for submission of application materials
June 4-22, 2012 - Interviews scheduled for new students
June 25, 2012 - Enrollment
June 26-27, 2012 - Orientation for new students
June 28, 2012 - Start of classes
Students are informed of their application status and invited to an interview after the submission of their application materials. Students
are admitted on a probationary basis, pending demonstration of satisfactory completion of requirements between one month and one semester of studies.
The cost of the program for the 2012-2013 academic year is as follows:
Tuition and Fees: P5,000 per semester
Room and Board: P15,000 per semester
These costs are thanks to significant additional subsidies and grants provided to each student that is accepted into the program.
The length of the program of study (between 1 and 3 years) will be
determined individually with each student, based on their prior
education, ministry experience, and maturity level. In most cases,
the program requires 2 to 3 years to complete.
